Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new registry starts with a full-featured 14-day free trial — no card required to start. You won't be charged anything until you actively choose a paid plan.

Monthly plan

Cancel anytime from your billing page; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't provide partial-month refunds for early cancellation, since you can simply cancel before the next renewal.

Annual plan

If you're not happy within the first 30 days of an annual plan, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, cancelling stops future renewals but the current year is non-refundable; your registry then continues normally through the period already paid for, and enters read-only Memory Vault mode (not deletion) after that.

Lifetime plan

The one-time Lifetime plan is refundable in full within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days it is non-refundable, reflecting the "guaranteed until the 18th birthday" storage commitment we're making in return.

Add-ons

Storage/feature add-ons follow the same billing cycle as the plan they're attached to and are refundable under the same terms as that plan if within its refund window.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your registry's name or web address. We process eligible refunds through Stripe within 5 business days.
